A working group reporting to the Markets Committee (MC), the DRWG provides input to the MC and the ISO on demand-response policies, program designs, rules, implementation considerations, and cost allocation. The DRWG is also a forum for stakeholder and ISO discussions of demand-resource issues outside of the NEPOOL participant process.
