The Interregional Planning Stakeholder Advisory Committee (IPSAC) is an open stakeholder group that provides input for the development of the Northeast Coordinated System Plan (NCSP).
The NCSP, accessible below, outlines activities conducted jointly by ISO New England, New York ISO, and PJM. This collaboration among the three ISOs/RTOs in the area ensures that the electric system is planned on a wider interregional basis and is proactive and well-coordinated.
